  • WHAT IS PREMIUM CLEANING?
    Premium cleaning is a maintenance plan to eliminate stubborn dirt, grime, and buildup, revitalizing your space. It's recommended to conduct a premium cleaning for your home at least once every six months, encompassing tasks like arranging shelves, cleaning cupboards, baseboards, tight-to-reach places, and other furniture for a comprehensive refresh.
  • HOW LONG DOES EACH CLEANING SESSION LAST?
    Our cleaning services are tailored to the scope of work and the size of the space. Each skilled Cleaning Agent can efficiently cover 1080 square feet in just 1 hour and 30 minutes, ensuring a thorough and timely cleaning experience. (*based on General Cleaning formula*)
  • WHEN ARE TRASH PICK UP DAYS?
    Pick-up days may vary per maintenance plan with various clients. Scheduled pick-up days are Tuesday and Thursday, which equals two weekly pick-ups at $100 monthly. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
    We accept most credit/debit cards, invoices, and split-in-4 payment methods. Third-party organizations control split-in-4, and we do not control its usage.
  • CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SERVICE?

  • "I AM BUSY, CAN I LEAVE AGENTS AT MY LOCATION?"
    We highly recommend each client's presence at the start and end of our cleaning services. Conducting a before-and-after inspection is vital to adhering to operational protocols and ensuring a flawless cleaning experience, avoiding any need for rework. Your satisfaction is our priority! Exceptions can and will be made per customer needs.

Just Clean It ("we," "our," and "us") values your privacy. Our detailed Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our waste management and cleaning services. A full copy of terms and conditions, policy forms, allergens, and other legal forms are filled out and signed before each service is commenced. 

Effective: January 1, 2024

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 12 hours of service may incur full payment or 50% of the service fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If dissatisfied, report issues within 24 hours for a resolution or re-cleaning. Refunds or discounts are granted at the company’s discretion.
