Cancellation Policy

-Services Provided Just Clean It offers waste management, residential and commercial cleaning, and specialized sanitation services. Service availability may vary by location and require prior booking. -Booking & Payments Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment or a deposit may be required before service commencement. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, online transfers, and Split in 4 (third-party installment payment service). Customers using Split in 4 acknowledge that it is a separate financial service not controlled by Just Clean It. Any issues, disputes, or approvals related to Split in 4 must be resolved directly with the provider. Cancellations within 12 hours of service may incur a 50% of service fee. -Customer Responsibilities Ensure access to the service area at the scheduled time. Secure personal belongings; Just Clean It is not liable for lost items. Inform the company of any hazardous materials or special cleaning requirements in advance. -Waste Disposal Policy We adhere to all local waste disposal regulations. Hazardous or prohibited materials (e.g., chemicals, medical waste) must not be included unless explicitly arranged. -Liability & Damage Policy Our team takes great care during service; however, Just Clean It is not responsible for pre-existing damages. Claims for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. -Satisfaction Guarantee If dissatisfied, report issues within 24 hours for a resolution or re-cleaning. Refunds or discounts are granted at the company’s discretion. -Health & Safety Compliance Our staff follows industry safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning agents and protective equipment use. Customers must notify us of any potential safety hazards in advance. -Termination of Services Just Clean It reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unreasonable or if policies are violated. -Amendments to Terms These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.
